2、古夷苏木，本属有15种，有11种产于非洲的热带地区。分布：莫桑比克和南非。木材特征：是莫桑比克一种珍贵的木材，心材近黑色的暗褐色带有浅棕色条纹。纹理交错明显，有光泽，结实耐脏。密度适中，干燥快，硬度较高。
